The local police on Saturday took into custody two people, including the father of the main accused, in Gwalior. Narendra Nath, 70, and his wife Suman, 65, were found dead on Friday morning at their house in Greater Noida. It was clear from the injury on his body that the killers tied Narendra Nath and beat him badly and then killed him with a sharp weapon. At the same time, Suman was shot in his chest after beating him badly.
Madhya Pradesh turns out to be the main accused
A relative of Narendra Nath told the Times of India that he had lent money to many people. He told that Narendra had given Rs 15 lakhs to the committee named Kapil (by some people to collect money at the local level and withdraw money collected at a certain time) and he was trying to return it.
A relative of Narendra Nath also mentioned a person named Alok and also said that many local people had also borrowed thousands of rupees from Narendra. So far, the Greater Noida Police has identified three accused, including a local Chowmin seller who took money from Narendra Nath. Police believe that the main accused of this incident has left Madhya Pradesh after committing the murder.
Police are interrogating
However, till now police have detained 7 people for questioning in Greater Noida. Two of them are those who took money from Narendra Nath. A plumber, electrician, and some hawkers have also been arrested. Police say that the people detained are under questioning and soon they will reach the absconding main accused.
According to media reports, Gwalior police have taken Dev Sharma and Lallu Singh Bhadauria into custody. It is being told that one of these is the father of the main accused. The report quoted an officer as saying that these two people were questioned at the local police station and then taken to Uttar Pradesh.
Four to five murderers
However, Narendra Nath’s son-in-law says that at least four-five people have executed this incident. He said, “The way he has been murdered, it seems that four-five people have done this. There is also a possibility that the accused went to the basement again after committing the murder and they also drunk liquor there. Some plates were found in the corner near the main gate of the house. ” At the same time, the police say that the murder was done between 11:30 AM to 5:30 AM on Thursday night.
