A chartered accountant has been arrested in Banaskantha district of Gujarat (Gujarat) for murdering his wife (Murder). Police said on Saturday that the man had given his wife’s betel nut to claim Rs 60 lakh insurance money. According to police, the woman was killed in the form of a road accident. The police had registered a case of accidental death in the accident on 26 December last year, the deceased was identified as Dakshaben who was hit by a vehicle.

The police officer said, “When the woman’s family raised some doubts, we started a thorough investigation. Through surveillance and call data analysis it was found that the woman was murdered. Her husband Lalit had given Rs 2 lakh to a man so that the murder could be seen as an accident. He wanted to get Rs 60 lakh from an insurance policy taken just three months before the incident. ”

‘Husband standing far away from wife’

He said, “On the morning of 26 December, Lalit had shared his location with the accused driver while taking his wife to a temple. Lalit ensured that he kept a great distance from his wife while walking. The vehicle hit the woman at a high speed, killing her on the spot. ”

Wife Beaten to Death With a Stick

On the other hand, in a domestic dispute in the Kumaradungi police station area of ​​Chaibasa district of Jharkhand, the husband allegedly killed the wife on Friday night by beating her with a stick. Police sources said that this incident is from Kunkalpi village of Kumaradungi police station. He said that according to the information, the deceased Pepe Kondakel had a dispute with her husband Budharam Kondakel on Friday night about something, due to which the angry Budhram Kondakel allegedly beat the wife with the poles.
