Supreme Court gave these instructions on the reservation case

In the Panchayat Election Reservation case, the petitioners have been directed to go to the High Court on the petitions filed by the Supreme Court. Two petitions were filed in the Supreme Court challenging the reservation in the election. The order of the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad HC was challenged in the Supreme Court. On the Panchayat Election Reservation, the UP government had filed a cavity petition in the Supreme Court. The UP government had said that when the petition filed for the panchayat elections will be heard in the Supreme Court, then the government’s side should also be heard. However, the Supreme Court refused to intervene on the case.
