Chief Fire Officer Prashant told that the Manjari plant of Serum Institute of India has caught fire. Four people were trapped inside the building. Three of these people have been evacuated safely. Rescue is facing problems due to smoke. The fire has spread to the third, fourth and fifth floors. 10 fire brigade vehicles are extinguishing the fire.
