Pune Chemical Factory Fire News Updates: A Few Days Ago There Was a Fire in the Mickle Factory, Owner Nikunj Shah Arrested

On Monday afternoon, 18 laborers were burnt to death in a massive fire at SVS Aqua Technologies Company in Urvade-Pirangut Industrial Area (MIDC) of Mulshi taluk (block) of Pune. 15 women laborers were among the dead. There is mourning and silence all around in the area due to this fire. The relatives of those who died in this accident have demanded that the culprits be punished at the earliest. Acting immediately on this demand, the police has arrested the owner of the company, Nikunj Shah. A case of culpable homicide has been registered against Nikunj Shah at Paud police station.

A case has been registered against the owners of the company Nikunj Bipin Shah, Bipin Jayantilal Shah, Keyur Bipin Shah on the basis of sections 304(2), 285, 286, 34 of the Indian Penal Law Code.

A Few Days Ago There Was a Fire

The relatives had demanded that a case of murder should be registered against the owners of the company.

Incident Will be Investigated

Meanwhile, the district administration has ordered an inquiry into this fire. Accordingly, a committee has been set up under the chairmanship of Sandesh Shirke, sub-divisional officer of Maval-Mulshi. The committee has been ordered to submit its report in the next two days. The state government has announced assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the kin of the deceased and Rs 2 lakh each by the central government. The central government has also announced 50-50 thousand help for the injured.
